This is the plain 666 g cylinder at the centre of the Cream Deluxe range, before any flavour or special edition is applied. Six hundred and sixty-six grams of high-purity nitrous oxide works out at about 84 standard cream chargers, which is the balance point most single-site kitchens settle on.
Why this size
A 666 g cylinder covers a busy dessert section or cocktail list for a service without a swap, and it is light enough to handle one-handed — which a 2 kg tank is not. Against 8 g cartridges it is far cheaper per charge; against a 2 kg tank it costs more per charge but ties up less cash and less shelf.
