We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.
What we have done
- Semantic headings in order, so a screen reader can navigate the page structure.
- A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page.
- Visible focus states on links, buttons and form fields.
- Full keyboard operation of navigation, filters, the cart drawer and checkout.
- Labels on form fields, and descriptive link text rather than “click here”.
- Alt text on product images.
- Text contrast checked against WCAG 2.1 AA.
- Layouts that work at phone, tablet and desktop widths, and reflow at 200% zoom.
What we know is not perfect
We have not had this site independently audited, so we are not claiming a conformance level we have not had verified. Some product descriptions come from manufacturers and may use formatting we have not fully normalised. If you hit something that does not work, we would rather hear about it than have you assume it is fine.
Tell us
Contact us or message us on WhatsApp and describe what you were trying to do and what happened. If you tell us the page and the assistive technology you were using, we can usually reproduce it quickly. We treat accessibility reports as faults, not feature requests.
Alternatives
If any part of the site is a barrier, you can place an order with us directly over WhatsApp or by phone or email and we will complete it for you.
