We ship across Canada. Nitrous oxide cylinders are pressurised goods, so carrier options and transit times differ from ordinary parcels — and they differ by province and by cylinder size.

How delivery is priced
We quote delivery rather than charging a flat rate at checkout. You will see a $0.00 shipping line while you order. That is not free shipping — it is the point at which we have not yet quoted you.
This is deliberate. These are pressurised cylinders shipped as freight, not parcels. What it actually costs to get a 2 kg tank to Whitehorse is not what it costs to get one across Vancouver, and a flat rate across Canada would mean overcharging most customers to cover the few. Quoting means you pay what the shipment costs.
What happens when you order
- You place the order. Nothing is charged for carriage at this point.
- We work out the delivered cost for your address, size and quantity.
- We come back to you with the figure — normally over WhatsApp.
- You agree it, then pay. Only then does anything ship.
You are never charged for delivery you have not seen and agreed first.

Transit times
Transit time comes back with your quote, because it depends on the same things the price does: where you are, what size, and which carrier will take it. We would rather give you a real date for your shipment than print a Canada-wide average that is wrong for most addresses.
Where we ship from
We ship across Canada by courier, and for pallets by freight carrier. Transit time depends on the service the order needs and where it is going, so we confirm it with you on the order rather than publishing a figure here that would be wrong for half the country.
Pallet freight is quoted per order, because the cost turns on the delivery point — whether there is a loading dock, whether a tail-lift is needed, and whether someone can receive a full pallet. We agree that with you before anything is dispatched.
Everything is delivered. We are an online retailer with no counter, so there is no collection option on any order, including pallets — a pallet goes to a delivery point that can receive it, which we agree with you when we quote the freight.
Pallet and freight orders
Pallet quantities do not ship as parcels. They move on a freight service, need a delivery point that can receive a pallet, and are quoted individually. Request a trade quote and we will come back with a delivered price.
Restrictions you should know about
- Pressurised cylinders cannot travel by air freight on most consumer services, which affects remote and northern addresses.
- Some carriers will not deliver pressurised goods to a PO box or a parcel locker.
- Deliveries may require an adult signature — see our age policy.
Problems with a delivery
If an order arrives damaged, do not use the cylinder. Photograph it as it arrived and contact us the same day. See returns and refunds for what happens next.
