We take payment by Interac e-Transfer. It is the only method on this site — there is no card checkout, so there are no card fees built into our prices.
How it works
- Place your order as normal. Nothing is charged at checkout.
- Your order is held while we confirm stock and, for pallets, the delivery quote.
- We send you an Interac e-Transfer request for the order total, by email and on WhatsApp — usually within the hour during working hours.
- Accept it from your banking app. Your order ships as soon as the transfer is deposited.
You will never be asked to send money to an address you were not given by us directly in that request. If anything about a payment message looks wrong, check with us before you send it.
Currency and tax
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). GST/HST is calculated at checkout from the province you are shipping to, and is shown before you pay.
Case and pallet pricing
The volume discount on this site is built into the pack price rather than applied at checkout — a 6-pack already costs less per unit than six singles. Every product page shows a pack table with the exact per-unit price and saving at each tier, so you can see what you are getting before you add anything to the cart. Pallet quantities are quoted individually; request a trade quote.
Security
This site never asks for card details, because it cannot take them. There is no card form, no stored card numbers and no payment processor holding your details. An Interac e-Transfer is authorised by you, inside your own bank’s app, and we only ever see that it arrived.
