Returns and refunds

What can and cannot be returned, and what to do if something arrives damaged.

Pressurised cylinders are not an ordinary return. Once a cylinder has been connected or part-discharged we cannot resell it, and we cannot safely accept it back into stock.

What we can accept back

  • Unopened, undamaged goods in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
  • Seals must be intact and the cylinder must never have been connected to a regulator or siphon.
  • Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return is accepted and tell you how to ship it.

What we cannot accept back

  • Cylinders that have been connected, part-used or fully discharged.
  • Goods with broken seals or missing packaging.
  • Items damaged after delivery.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, that is on us. Do not use a damaged cylinder. Photograph it as it arrived, keep the packaging, and contact us — ideally the same day. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, and we will cover the return cost.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return the cost of shipping back is yours, and pressurised goods must be shipped by a carrier that accepts them — we will tell you which. For a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we pay.

Refunds

Refunds go back by the method you paid with, once the goods arrive and have been checked. Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days of the goods arriving back with us and passing a check. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits the rights you have under Canadian consumer protection law, including the consumer protection legislation of your province.

Recalled products

If you are holding stock affected by a Health Canada recall, that is handled differently from a return — see our recall page, which explains who to contact.
