Is 240 the right case for you?
At roughly half a litre of cream per charger, 240 is about 120 litres. As a rule of thumb: if you are reordering inside a month, the 360 case will cost you less per charger and save a delivery. If a case lasts you a quarter, stay here — nitrous oxide does not spoil, but cash tied up in stock you are not using is still cash tied up.
What they do beyond whipped cream
Espumas, sweet or savoury, as foam toppings to finish a plate; rapid infusions; aerated sauces. The charge is the same, the technique differs. A 250 ml siphon is the usual partner at this volume.
