FastGas

FastGas cylinders in Canada, from a six-pack to a full pallet. FastGas makes large-format food-grade nitrous oxide for kitchens that charge siphons all service rather than a few times a day — one 670 g cylinder stands in for roughly 80 standard 8 g cartridges, so the swapping stops.

We carry the 640 g and 670 g cylinders and the 2 kg format, in packs of six and twelve and at pallet depth. Prices run from $56.99 for a six-pack of 670 g up to pallet quantities for distributors and multi-site groups. Every cylinder is filled with E942 food-grade N₂O for culinary use, and needs a pressure regulator — cylinders do not thread straight into a whipper the way cartridges do.

FastGas appears on neither of the 2026 Health Canada recall lists. See how it compares on purity, charges and price against the other brands we stock.
