Hendi is a catering-equipment name most professional kitchens already recognise from the rest of their bench, and this is their quarter-litre siphon. It runs whipped cream as standard and extends to icings, custard, soft cheese, jelly and soda. Construction is a plastic body with an aluminium head; maximum capacity is 0.25 litre. It is compatible with the N₂O cream chargers we stock, so it slots into an existing charger programme without new hardware.
