Midnight Standard is the plain version of the dark-finished line: no flavour, just 99.9% pure food-grade nitrous oxide delivering consistent pressure charge after charge. At pallet depth it becomes a base stock item for a kitchen group or a distributor rather than a single-site order.
Plain fill, despite the name
“Midnight” is the finish, not a flavour. This is standard 99.9% food-grade N₂O. We carry no flavoured nitrous oxide at all — a flavour serves no culinary purpose in a propellant, and flavour names are what Health Canada cited in the 2026 recalls. Our position is on the compliance page.
What pallet depth changes
It converts gas from a recurring purchase into a stocked item. For a group with several kitchens drawing on one store, that is usually the point of it — one delivery, one invoice, months of cover. It needs the storage and the cash up front to match.
What you need alongside it
A pressure regulator; cylinders do not fit a siphon directly. Store upright, below 50 °C, away from heat and direct sun, and never puncture, crush or incinerate a cylinder even once empty.
