8g Cream Chargers

Eight-gram cartridges are the original cream charger: a single-use steel cylinder of food-grade N₂O that threads straight into a whipping siphon with nothing else to buy. One charge aerates roughly half a litre of cream, so a cartridge covers one siphon and is then spent.

They are the right format for low volume — a dessert section making a few creams a service, a bar running one foam, a kitchen that charges a siphon occasionally. Per charge they are the most expensive gas we sell, which is the trade for needing no regulator. If you are getting through more than a handful a service, a 640 g or larger cylinder plus a one-off pressure regulator costs far less per charge.

Store cartridges below 50 °C, away from heat and direct sun. Never puncture, crush or incinerate one, including a spent one.
