Quick Whip

Quick Whip is here for one thing: the 125 ml dispenser at $60.99, the smallest siphon we list. Every other dispenser on the site is a quarter litre or larger.

Where a 125 ml earns its place. On a tight pass, or anywhere a 250 ml would leave half a charge of cream unused at the end of service. Plating sections and cocktail stations tend to want two or three small siphons rather than one large one — a different cream or foam in each, nothing cross-contaminated, nothing thrown away.

What it takes. One standard 8 g cartridge, threaded straight into the head. No regulator and nothing else to buy, and a cylinder will not fit a siphon this size. If you are working through more than that, the 250 ml and 500 ml dispensers are the steps up.
