Cream Deluxe covers the two sizes a kitchen reaches for once cartridges stop making sense: the 666 g cylinder from $56.99 and the 2 kg tank from $129.99, each sold singly or in 6, 12, 24 and 48-unit cases, and each also listed at pallet depth. Four listings in all.

What a cylinder gives you. Roughly 84 standard 8 g charge equivalents from a 666 g, around 250 from a 2 kg. The 2 kg listing includes one nozzle, but neither size threads into a whipping siphon by itself — both need a pressure regulator, which is one up-front cost rather than a per-cylinder one.

Midnight is a finish, not a flavour. The Midnight Pallet is plain, unflavoured food-grade N₂O in a dark-finished cylinder. We list no flavoured nitrous oxide at all, and Cream Deluxe is named on neither 2026 Health Canada recall list — the reasoning is on our compliance page.
